Meet Our Staff

Changmin Duan, O.D., M.D., M.S., F.O.A.A

Dr. Duan is an Optometric Physician and Board Certified in Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease. Dr. Duan is a practicing eye doctor for over twenty years. She has been in private practice in New Jersey since 1995, and is an Assistant Clinical Professor teaching pediatric optometry at the State University of New York (SUNY), State College of Optometry since 1994.

Dr. Duan practiced as an ophthalmologist in China for five years prior to receiving her Master Degree in Vision Science from SUNY College of Optometry and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry.

Dr. Duan has implemented Orthokeratology into her practice since 2003 and was promoted to the fellow status in Orthokeratology Academy of America in 2008.

 

Zhengyu Hsu, O.D., M.D., M.S.

Dr. Hsu is an Optometric Physician and is a practicing eye doctor for over twenty-five years. He practiced as an ophthalmologist in China for ten years prior to receiving his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry.

Dr. Hsu is a full-time staff doctor at the Eye Clinic in Gouverneur Hospital located in New York City since 1994. On weekends and evenings, he practices at this location.

Kevin Win, O.D.

Dr. Win graduated from Salus University, formally The Pennsylvania College of Optometry, with Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry Degrees. He received the Pennsylvania School of Optometry's Presidential Scholarship for his doctorate work.

Dr. Win is a member of the American Optometric Association. He has finished clinical internships at The Eye Institue at the Pennsylvania School of Optometry in primary eye care and pediatrics, Dr's Eye care center and Baltimore Veterans Affair medical center. Dr. Win gained his strong clinical skills through the extensive externship and residency program working closely with ophthalmologists and optometrists in managing complex glaucoma, retinal, and cataract cases in wide varieties of patient populations.

He is skilled in the latest advanced diagnostic equipment and ocular therapeutics for treating certain eye conditions. Dr. Win also speaks Burmese.

Chiong Chen, O.D., M.D., M.S.

Dr. Chen graduated from State University of New York (SUNY) with a Doctor of Optometry Degree. She excelled in academics and graduated as a BSK honor student. Dr. Chen previously practiced as an opthalmologist in China prior to receiving her O.D. Degree. She also received a Masters Degree in Cataract prevention and Vision Science in China. She is skilled in the latest diagnostic equipment and management of eye disease.

Dr. Chen is a member of the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control. She is passionate about children's eye care and myopia control. She has finished clinical internships at the University Eye Center of SUNY Scholl of Optometry in Primary Vision Care, Pediatrics, Vision Therapy and Low vision. She has additional externships with the Woodhull Medical Center in Ocular Disease and OMNI Eye Service in Ocular Disease and Pediatrics. ;

IT Manager / Assistant Supervisor

Kevin is an experienced part-time office assistant. He possesses thorough knowledge of vision tests, electronic medical records (EMR), eye-wear and special testing. His responsibilities are numerous and diverse.

Senior Technician

 As a college student, Ryan is a valuable addition to our staff. He has knowledgeable about vision testing, electronic medical records (EMR), eyewear and special testing. Despite being only a part time office assistant, he is essential to running a smooth practice.

Assistant Manager / Research Coordinator

Judy is an experienced full-time office assistant manager. She possesses extensive knowledge of vision tests, electronic medical records (EMR), contacts, and eye-wear. Her responsibilities are numerous and diverse. She recently worked with Dr. Duan to conduct a thorough research project concerning Orthokeratology lens treatment.
